How quickly do you start on an order?

Orders are processed the same day they arrive. Rush service is available when your deadline calls for it.

How do I track an order?

Log in to the client portal to see the status of every order. You also receive an email notice as each milestone is reached.

Are you HIPAA compliant?

Yes. Confidentiality is built into our process, and protected records are handled under HIPAA from intake to delivery.

How will I receive my records?

Finished records are available in your portal to view on screen, print, or download. Microfilm and microfiche can be converted to paper or accessible PDF.

Can you file with the court for us?

Yes. We file electronically through eFile or in person at the clerk’s office.

What are your hours?

Our office is open Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm. The client portal is available 24/7.
